Curbside Pickup

The Town of Carthage Public Works Department
offers curbside pickup of unwanted items.
You can schedule a pickup of items accepted
by the Smith County Landfill by calling City Hall
at (615) 735-1881. There is a $10 charge for pickup
of bulk items.
Brush Pickup
​
Brush pickup in Carthage occurs on the 1st Monday of each month. Please place brush at the edge of your property, beside the road, and our Public Works Department will come by to remove it.
