Carthage Mayor Stephen Babcock and Scott Ezell, Finance Officer, are proud to present Julie Davenport, Clerk, and Cindy Glidwell, Deputy Clerk, with Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO) credentials. The CMFO credential is awarded by the Tennessee Division of Local Government Audit for completing twelve months of municipal finance and accounting instruction and successfully passing tests on the material.
The Town of Carthage would like to congratulate Steven Wills for passing his State of Tennessee Certified Wastewater Operator Grade III exam. Steven has been promoted to Chief Plant Operator at the treatment plant.
